I have now had two appointments with Anna at Rise Osteopathy, and I would certainly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, friendly and gave me excellent massages, especially targeting areas where I have discomfort in the hip and shoulder. She also gave advice on exercises to relieve the tenderness in my shin bones. Overall a very good experience.
