I came to Harrogate for a conference from Vienna, Austria, and beforehand learned about Cosy Feet shoes for problem feet. I found that Rise Mobility is a supplier in Harrogate, and wrote to them asking about shoes in my size. In a series of emails before my trip, Mr Carl Drake arranged to have an appropriate selection in the shop during my visit. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to find the perfect fit. I can highly recommend Mr Drake and Rise Mobility for service, selection and expertise. I only wish he was in Vienna!

Looking for a wheel chair for our centenarian mother, I found Rise of Harrogate on the internet. We needed there to be no obstacle between the bed and the seat of the arm chair. Rise Furniture had a wheel chair on the website that the arms folded clear of the seat. Called the Mobility Centre on Monday. Carl discussed the chair I had seen, said he got it for his own mother, I ordered in on line and the chair was delivered to our mother's home near Oxford on Wednesday. It is absolutely exactly what we needed. Both arms can be easily folded upwards clear of the seat and my mum can now slide from bed to wheel chair without the need to lift her - which she hates. It will transform our lives. Thank you so much Carl, for understanding our need and providing the right tool for the job in double quick time. Exceptional service.
