  I should start off by saying this is the first time I have ever left a review but I am so happy with the work completed by Ripples I wanted to share my experience. We had our bathroom refurbished by Ripples at the end of last year. From the start of the process to the end I was so impressed by the level of service received. When starting the process of having our bathroom done I wanted to be sure that we were going to get quality products and installed by fitters that were comfortable fitting them. The process from start to finish from Ripples was exceptional, Russel and Victoria in the showroom were so supportive through the entire process, they listened carefully to our needs, put together a design that exactly matched our needs and recommended products that they felt were right for us based on their years of experience and knowledge. When having work done on your home you expect to face some challenges. We only faced one through the entire fit and that was when the tray arrived it was slightly damaged. What impressed me most was how this was handled. The fitter pointed out the marks on the tray to me (which were hardly noticeable) and the next day Russell (head of sales) delivered a new tray himself. The damage on the tray wasn't the fault of Ripples but took full responsibility for it and addressed the issue immediately. This is the level of service that you can expect to receive from them. The service from the fitters was also amazing and so was the standard of the work completed. They were so conscientious when working, blankets down everywhere, cleared up at the end of each day, no mess left behind and on a Friday before finishing for the weekend would vacuum up everything so the hall, landing and stairs were spotless. The guys even washed down the car which they had got dust on while cutting tiles outside! The quality of work and skill of the guys is unreal. They take such pride in their work and set such high standards for themselves. If you are looking to have your bathroom done then I would 100% recommend going to Ripples. I really can't speak highly enough of the quality from them in all areas. Plan this year is to get our en-suite done and we'll certainly be going back to see Victoria & Russell.

  We are delighted with the bathroom designed and installed by Ripples. Gurnaam listened to our wish list and created a great design which included all the features we wanted. The installers had a great eye for detail and the fitting was excellent.

  We had a complete rebuild of the house in 2021and 2022. We were delighted to use Ripples for all the fittings for two bathrooms. Russell's knowledge of the items and attention to detail, eg on the CGI plans, made life easy for us and he could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending Ripples, Solihull without reservation.

  We used Ripples in our previous house and were very happy with the outcome, we therefore called on them again having moved and needing 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. Right from the outset Richard Fox at Ripples grasped exactly the ambiance we were trying to achieve - a modern twist but still a cottage look, and excelled with both his design and choice of tiles, fittings and accessories. Great attention to detail and always happy to discuss as the projects developed. I would highly recommend this company.

  Ripples Knowle designed and supplied all we needed for the complete renovation of our three bathrooms. Our designer Richard Fox was truly superb. He listened to our brief and injected his own vision, creating designs we were delighted with. He used the spaces excellently and his beautiful hand drawn plans enabled us to really envisage how the rooms would work before we committed to placing our order. Richard has a very “can do attitude”, and really went the extra mile. He always presented a clever and attractive range of options for the quirks of our spaces. The quality of the products is excellent and the ordering and delivery logistics were faultlessly managed by Victoria Wright-Willis. I could not recommend Ripples Knowle/Birmingham highly enough.

  Ripples provided a fantastic service despite the obstacles thrown up by the pandemic this year. Beautiful fittings, and a gorgeous overall finish. Gurnaam's design are perfect for our home and Andy who fitted the bathroom was very knowledgeable and able to expertly deal with all the quirks thrown up by our old house.
