From the start to end, Rippital showed great professionalism and perfection. I approached them because they came highly recommended through a previous client that they had designed a website for, which I was extremely impressed with. From the very first meeting, they broke down a step by step treatment of what I wanted from the website and explained how they could design and develop a custom website according to my requirements. Our company has aimed to have the best website which is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, reliable and could stand the test of time. Rippital exceeded all expectations by delivering nearly two weeks before the due date & having regular consultations on what I thought of the site and any changes that I wanted. The only thing they did not tell me until our consultation is the extra effort they put in going above and beyond whereby they added additional features for my website that helped improve its performance, visuals and functionality. Ermiya was recommended to me by a friend as I needed to get my business website redesigned. Typically, everyone would like to get services from a business who has had a lot of experience in the field already which, Rippital didn’t have as a start-up. But the experience has been entirely different. I’ve received services from other business before, but Rippital has a better understanding of web design and development than any other. Ermiya himself is extremely smart, professional and articulate when explaining some stuff which I didn’t know about (e.g. what website plugins were which explained their importance to me in 5 minutes!).
