Placed an order on 13th December 2021 total including delivery £46.93 and still not received after 2 years and several communications. No refund despite accepting my order was not sent. Said they did not have the item and offered alternative which I did not want so just refund not just take my money! Disgraceful behaviour. Would give 0 stars if this was an option!

Went to get a wig cap and some advice about a wig I bought recently (from another shop) and she was brilliant. Gave great advice and wouldn't let me spend money unnecessarily. Very, very friendly people and clearly experts on all things hair and wigs. Will definitely be going back for future wigs, highly recommended!
