I had an incredible sports massage with Emily. The clinic is beautiful, clean and relaxing too. With lovely smiles on entering! Emily was brilliant at communicating throughout the treatment what she was doing, why and if we needed to make any adaptations for comfort. Emily was great at offering plenty of advice on preventative measures as well as maintenance at the clinic. I was very anxious as I suffer with arthritis in one knee and had a total replacement of my other knee. Orla made me feel at ease straight away and reassured that there were things we could do to help ease my pain. Would highly recommend!

Excellent physio in a clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I was diagnosed with a nerve impingement in my right shoulder causing several weeks of varying levels of pain, discomfort and a lack of sleep. After seeing the doctor who said that I should see a sports physio therapist a friend recommended Ripon Physio. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the next day and I could not believe the improvement in pain relief and comfort after the first session, 2 follow up sessions later and a few exercises to do 3 times a day at home my shoulder is as good as new. I can't recommend Orla and Ripon Physio highly enough and will certainly go back should I have any other problems.
