My husband had knee surgery on 22 February, we had to be at the hospital for 7am, the staff on Garland ward are wonderful, so polite caring and extremely professional, Kate was I think his named nurse, she was so helpful and kind, explaining everything we needed to know, both before and after the surgery, unfortunately I can’t remember the other staffs names, but I have to say everyone was lovely. This hospital is amazing.

Cataract surgery 1 of 2. Went very well. Staff delightful and surgeon talked about what he was doing all the way through. Benenden Hospital wonderfully clean and calm. No one rushed me; explanations and help always provided. Excellent facilities and impeccable service. Thank you.

My husband came for surgery .Mr.Hamade and team was excellent .In Benson ward male nurse Romeo Jugalbot welcomed us with smily face and explained the pre op procedure.Also he did update about the timings of the surgery as we need to wait for few hours . Post op also he was very caring and well explained about everything.Also he has offered hot drink too.very polite. Amazing staff ROMEO..good dedication and passion to his work .. All the very best..best hospital for care and excellence..
