Go here for my bloods, usually very quick, not too many people and staff seem to be on the ball. I've also been a couple of times to the walk in when I couldn't get a doctors appointment and was seen quickly, no fuss and they didn't make me feel like I was wasting anyone's time. Put my mind at ease I have somewhere I can go when it's impossible to get an appointment at my doctors surgery.

Shocking, dire, disgrace to nursing.... I was advised to phone them to make an appointment for MRI SCAN. Following being taken to A&E by ambulance. After 17 days and at a cost of over £30 to me a Pensioner in calls I still had not spoken to anyone. They have an answering machine that gives the opening times then says "We can not take your call at this time" that is both on the general phone line and also the X-Ray dept phone line. This has cost me equal to over a weeks FOOD. Imagine that they have cost me one weeks food because they are too incompetent to have staff answer the phone and instead run up OAP's phone bills never answering. Worse still is I was in A&E at Mansfield and was advised to get an MRI scan at Ripley URGENTLY. This hospital is the most incompetent in the UK. I had the same problem over 2 years ago before COVID and even then they were doing the same crazy answerphone tactic. These people want sacking the entire lot of them are incompetent and idol.

I got really poorly with a chest infection on Saturday night. Went to Ripley Hospital on the Sunday morning. The help and treatment I received was outstanding. From the reception staff to the two nurses (J and J) who diagnosed and prescribed medicine for me. Professionalism, kindness and dedication. Thank you so much.
