    Went in to the the shop and the service was appalling. Firstly, asked if they could make a necklace for me with a specific design to which the lady stuck her nose up (likely because we are quite young) implying that it would be too expensive and we couldn’t afford that. We then asked to get a gold ring resized to which we were told it wasn’t gold and the ring wouldn’t survive if it was resized. Then went to get the ring tested from a different shop and they confirmed it is in fact gold and resizing it wouldn’t be an issue. To conclude, not only are they rude and presumptuous but they also don’t know what they are doing and speaking about.
