Great vibe! Serious boxing and candid coaches - their ladies class was brutal. Only downside is lack of ventilation but apart from that they have everything you look for in a boxing training session.

Ringtone is just something else, is like an addiction to train in this amazing boxing gym. The atmosphere is sensational and Ben day is an amazing coach obviously he had ring experience and he can teach you the noble art from a to z. Ben the Entertainer, good coach and good person! He will train you i using is tremendous skills as a pro boxer with a such intensity and motivation in the pad work. Nerice is so lovely and professional always smiling and so helpful! Is your place guys if you want get fitter, strong and learn some good self defense. I recommend ringtone 100%people. Keep it up and hands up all the time!!
