    One of the worst companies on the planet for breaking privacy laws, and poor customer services. Cancelled Subscription some months ago with the UK CS Team since then weekly email and calls from the US to tell me bills outstanding and I have to talk to them to close my account. requested under GDPR rules all my data is deleted, unsubscribed to marketing yet they still email me weekly. Avoid all all costs

    Due to them providing me with a fraudulent line our services have never worked (nearly a week). I tried to use them before around 2 years ago and had similar poor experience. Should have went elsewhere. The product was not explained well. Was meant to cost £60 turned out being £80 as the rep didn't mention you need a minimum purchase of two lines for an international office. Was trying to contact customer service or my account manager but they didn't reply till end of day Monday meaning our US sales team could not call out. Zero apologies from their team. I'm only sticking with them because we have trained sales people ready to go and I've already invested hours onboarding with Ring.
