I recently used my Ring, rechargeable pump on a suspect valve on one of my children’s bicycles, and unfortunately it stripped the thread on the removable connector hose. I sent Ring an email with a picture and on the next working day, received a very friendly reply and I’ve just received a replacement in the post and for free! This is the sort of thing that British companies do best, and I have no hesitation in awarding them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had an RAC900 tyre compressor for many years. Eventually I broke the gauge. My fault. Phoned up Ring for a replacement and, for a very reasonable charge, they sent replacement gauge and attachments which arrived within just a few days. So all in all fantastic service and a great product that's lasted a long time. Highly recommended!
