The experience with Rindt has been great, particularly Trevor who is one of the owners in particular has been excellent with communication and customer service. Having not owned a performance car before, the guys have been excellent with talking me through and educating me about the car, and also squashing any concerns I have regarding aftercare with reassurances about the warranty and flexibility to bring the car back should there be worries. The tour of the workshop was also excellent and it is obviosu to see how much care, attention and detail goes into their cars, and that has been translated into the customer service I have received

I approached Rindt over a year ago to discuss building a 'restomod' 911. It has long been a personal dream to combine the classic lines and engine of an older 911 with some modern features, whilst retaining the authenticity of a great car. Neither a faithful restoration nor an out and out race car - somewhere in between. Since then Brian sourced a 964 body shell which has been taken back to bare metal, tastefully modified, resprayed and is in the advanced stages of the rebuild. The mechanicals have been subject to a complete nut and bolt rebuild. Throughout the process the Rindt team have worked passionately and collaboratively to make my dream a reality. We have worked through the details and I have found that the vision of what I wanted has been shared through out. Truthfully it is not yet complete but I have been blown away by the skill and attention to detail of the whole team. They are artisans! I have no doubt it will be an amazing vehicle and everything I hoped for. You will find it on Rindt Instagram feed along with the many other projects underway. There is a high degree of mutual trust required to embark on this type of project (it is not cheap!). I had a good feeling from the outset and nothing has caused me to regret the decision to entrust Rindt with the project. I just cannot wait to drive the finished product (which will be soon).
