Excellent and prompt service from the store. A zip puller broke on my Rimowa suitcase. I contacted the store and they sent me 2 brand new pullers free of charge so that I could replace the broken one. Very pleasing to know that service of this standard does still exist. NO REFUNDS - despite Rimowa offering refunds in all their stores in Germany and Online. They sneakily do not offer refunds from this branch. It’s in the small print in the card they give you with your receipt. This was not mentioned when purchasing (the assumption was the brand had the same policy everywhere). I won’t go into the customer service received, but I highly recommend purchasing from either a 3rd party with a proper refund policy or direct through any other Rimowa official outlet.
