Visited the Liverpool shop on a very busy Saturday. Only one guy was serving several customers, but he was brilliant. Very attentive, but also willing to let me have a play on a few pianos on my own to get a feel for the one I preferred. He answered many questions and was very friendly. Previous reviews really aren’t a true reflection of this shop. Various customers were trying guitars and pianos and it was relaxed atmosphere. I bought a digital piano with his help and I would highly recommend this store.

First time in the store and I sadly have forgotten the sales man that helped me today but he was amazing as I was looking for a Piano and had no clue about it and he explained the different types of pianos also explained the pedals and all the other stuff and let me try a wide variety of pianos and have decided to purchase with this company as the sales man was amazing also he even explained extras and what he would recommend, Was overall a very friendly experience!

Lovely place with lots of amazing examples of musical instruments. I got an encore bass and it came with a little amp, torx set, guitar stand, tuner, pick, carry bag, cable and strap and it was just 200 pounds. I also got a boss Katana bass amp that cost 425 pounds..both items were 20 pounds cheaper than what the next cheapest store had to offer. U 20ish pounds u could buy 3 years extra worth of warranty. The service was amazing as well. Would highly recommend.
