If you want rude, abrupt and “jobsworth” customer service, by all, means use this crowd… Can’t believe the delivery times they work to, especially in this day and age and heaven forbid. You need to return something! They really are a shower, unhelpful – plainly, unhappy staff, and bristling with attitude! Avoid the headache and stress use somebody else . truly shocking!

I have started using Rimmer’s bros for parts for my ageing V8 Land Rover. Most parts are on hand and available for immediate shipping. I tend to use the next day service as I just can not wait. Good service so far. I like the fact they offer genuine, oem and an aftermarket option for parts.

Very pleased with the excellent service provided the Customer Service. I failed couple of rivet while installing the chequer plates bought from them earlier, and they responded almost instantly, the rivet supplier sent couple bags of rivet the next day so I can finish my job! Well done!
