    Please be warned of booking at Rill House. We paid in advance for a stay in Jan 2021 (including additional security/damages deposit). Due to UK Lockdown Law it is illegal for the house to be open for us to travel to it. Yet the owner is refusing to refund any of the money we have paid to her. Deeply upsetting and I would like to provide warning to save other people from having to go through this
