They showed up to remove some furniture, when they arrived they said they didn't want it and told my pregnant girlfried to break it down. Absolutely un professional and rude. I told them they probably don't want it and we just want it removed. If they had said anything at the time about breaking it down, or that they wouldn't take it that would have been fine. Instead, they put us in a bind by waiting until it is too late for us to do anything.

We called Mr Riley on short notice for an emergency house clearance. He did a fantastic job. Lots of heavy furniture was removed from a very large house with no damage done to the property in the process. And it was all done in the space of a single morning. Mr Riley himself was very friendly and thoroughly professional - traditional "old school" gentleman. Could not recommend more highly.
