Can’t speak highly enough from the initial sales enquiry with Shaun who is credit to the business! Very knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t do enough. Quality, turnaround and install of the machine that hasn’t missed a beat…On our open day did 330+ drinks! Big thanks to Mark the engineer who offered to be on standby at the opening weekend. Ordering and delivery of stock is seamless and next day with time slot updates. Oh and the coffee isn’t bad either! Although the hot chocolate is proving a real winner! Honestly I regret ever getting in contact with this company, I could explain everything thats happened so far but it would take me all night, long story short... I've spent nearly £6,000 of my hard earned money, in return I've been given a machine that doesn't work properly, spare parts I should have had are not there, a salesman that wouldn't leave me alone prior to paying for the machine who has now done a houdidni, and a manager that tells you everything you want to here and how he will make me happy again, but does nothing, Monday morning I'm getting legal advise on how I can get a refund and hopefully get this Rijo out of my life, I 100% regret ever contacting them and would advise anyone to use another company before parting with your money. Unbelievable bad service.

Ian Matthews came to the office and gave us a demo...Everyone in the office tried out the coffee and hot chocolate..they all gave me positive comments. Ian Matthews gave us a superb demo -very professionally and once we reported to our head office in Sweden the coffee machine was purchased. I personally am surprised at how little space it takes up in our kitchen. Very easy to clean and top up. Our clients and visitors are amazed how good the coffee and hot chocolate tastes.
