This optican decive alot of patients. I am currently working with an organisation to expose they level of care thier provide. Thier level of checks are not to the correct standards. I was told if I was to see the Son optican I will be charged £25 but if I was to see the father optican it will be free? How is this Ethically correct? I never heard anything like this before. This was also discussed with the third party organisation. Rather than commenting on here let's get all togther and do something about it. This is the problem with the locals they see and they don't do anything about it. This optican has decived alot of NHS and private patients. let's put a stop to it

They says their eye test is free but if only if you purchase glasses from them in price of 40 while you can get 2 frames in that price otherwise you have to pay for eye test results

Very unprofessional will get rid of you within 2 minutes I asked to check my eyes within inside per hospital instruction he ignored it and said its fine. Also you may will have to wait as another patient being seen as the optician some time works as both optician and reciptionist.

I ordered a pair of contact lens from right spex just before Ramadan. When I went to pick them up, the elderly women with the glasses explained to me that I would have to pay extra today and that I would not be receiving any contact lens solution with my contacts as they had increased their prices. So I paid and went home only to find out my brand new contacts were faulty (this was not the first time this has happened at right spex). I went back the next day and explained what had happened, but the ladies were extremely rude and refused to believe the fault was there side, they explained how I would have to wait for x, y and z. So I complied with them and agreed to send the faulty contacts back to the wholesalers. After a few days, the wholesaler contacted me directly on my mobile number and agreed to issue a refund through right spex. A month went by no contact was made, another month went by and still no contact. Eventually, I decided to contact right spex myself. After I had explained the situation I was treated with total and utter disrespect, the woman on the phone spoke down to me and argued that I was lying and that the wholesalers had not contacted her or the company regarding a refund. A few weeks later I contacted the right spexs again and this time the woman on the phone had changed her tone and told me to come in the shop to pick up my £40.00 for the contact lens. I came to the shop and the same old lady who has zero customer service skills was serving, she finally gave my money back with attitude despite me waiting for months for a refund. As I was about to leave she retorted that I could no longer order contacts with the shop. The honest truth is that I would not waste my time ordering it through right spex ever again in my life. The staff here is extremely rude and disrespectful and straight-up lie. The elderly women is plain and simple money greedy she was happy when I was paying but when it came to giving my money back when they were wrong, she changed. The good reviews on here are all fake, so If you're looking for new opticians make sure it is definitely not right spex (Y)
