    Not allowed compensation for our holiday because we paid for it with voucher from previous holiday flight delay. We were encouraged to accept voucher as opposed to cash by Thomas Cook shop worker we were sold an atol certificate which was basically useless by Thomas Cook and after discussing rumours re Thomas Cook failing going bust etc were informed we would be atol protected so under EU law we should be compensated for delayed flight! Which we've lost because vouchers aren't covered. #misled#misold #cant Trust anyone

    Some of the staff need lessons in how to speak to customers. However, once I got through to the right person, and asked more in depth questions to understand the process, they were very helpful. The current situation they are in isn't really their fault. However hopefully they will have learnt from this, and know how to deal with a huge influx of claims should it happen in the future (but obviously I hope not!)
