An absolute catalogue of incompetency and lack of proactiveness on a recent property transaction. I would suggest very few actual qualified lawyers/conveyancers are in employment at this company and most of the staff are low paid form fillers who haven't got a clue what they are doing. Never at any stage did anyone acknowledge this transaction was anything other than a file on a computer screen. The amount of time it took nearly rendered me homeless and the stress levels off the scale. Avoid at all costs.

Matthew Ball is the most vile person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He was our buyer's solicitor and he was useless, never answered any queries, dragged out the process unnecessarily, causing all parties involved a lot of stress. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, shouting at our solicitor on the phone on every occasion she tried to speak to him. What a sad little angry man. If your buyer says they have Matthew as their solicitor, run for the hills I tell you!

Horrible service, when asking to spell name the person on the phone said 'I don't speak your language, spell your name'. He could have just asked "could you spell your name please"....Get a grip, how can someone be a fully grown man and act like that. Their mother did a very bad job at child raising. Why hire such a person.
