I found this agency to be very useless and ignorant, and highly unprofessional. A bunch of absolute TIME WASTERS!! My advice is DON'T BOTHER asking them for any work. AVOID !!! DO NOT bother trying to deal with them! Not unless you like providing references and documentation just to have your time totally wasted (like they did with me). They didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me after I contacted them about a job and sent them my qualifications/cards/certificates/CV/and two recent references. I am a qualified and experienced JIB electrician in the construction industry, used to earning VERY good money on most of the jobs I get sent to, by the way). Also I see from other negative reviews on here that they are very untrustworthy and unreliable when it comes to getting paid for any work that is carried out for them, anyway. I am adding my negative experience of dealing with them into the mix of other negative reviews to WARN other people not to waste your time trying to deal with them and to AVOID!!!

I accepted a job working for right contract services. Once everything was set up and I had confirmed I will attend site the following day, I received a message telling me to not let the agency down, which I didn't like. The job was advertised in high wycombe a 40 min drive but was actually in Stokenchurch 1 hour 20 min drive, when I arrived i called the number provided for site contact with no awnser. I headed to site office and started the induction process, half way through the induction I was told the main contractor has there own rules and do not allow hoodies or tracksuit/nylon trousers and there is no grace on this and I have yo leave site. I phoned right contract services and spoke to them about the job not being in high wycombe, how long it took me to get to work and I wouldn't of accepted the job if it was advertised as Stokenchurch. I was told high wycombe is a big place to which I pointed out again its not high wycombe. When I brought the clothing issue I was told to call a different site contact, that he can help maybe have spare clothes. I told right contract services a sub contractor cant go against the main contractor and I will not be taking clothes from a stranger and wearing them. I made the call and the man on the phone said there's nothing we can do and the agency shouldn't of lied about the area and told me about the clothes situation and to have a good day. I called right contract services back and told them I have to leave site there's nothing they can do. I was told right contract services will try and find me work for tomorrow. I asked why I wasn't told there's special requirements for this site that I drove for 1 hour 20 mins to get here, now I have to drive back in worst traffic, over 3 hours of driving, how much fuel was wasted, time, money and to not have a job. I can't name the man at right contract service as he did not give it on the phone or in a messages between us but his number ends in 592. They told me not to let them down but they ended up letting me down, not the best start to the week.
