I got great prices and absolutely love my flooring and carpet, the whole house was done in two days and the turn around from ordering to being put in was less than a week. Really really happy with Rights Carpets. The fitter did an excellent job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The price was not cheap but not expensive neither. It was a fair price for an excellent job and the guys was really nice and polite. I would definitely use again and definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again guys.

DONT USE RIGHT CARPETS!!! The fitter sliced through the vinyl flooring that right carpets had just laid as he attempted to cut the carpet for the stairs and landing. Also sliced throug my luxury vinly tile in the lounge. Constantly messed me about promising fitting dates then not showing up and making up ridiculous excuses. Couldn’t even give me a time of arrival despite apparently being “on the way” for 3 days. Complaints were ignored despite repeated assurances to put everything right

We highly recommend Right Carpets, Salford. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We were updated throughout the sale and we felt the communication was excellent! Right Carpets did their best to fit us in within a few days. Great customer care! We didn’t feel the pressure, being pushed to buying, so happy with the carpets and workmanship. So disappointed, the carpet hasn't lasted 2 months and I paid almost £500. I tried to resolve this but got nowhere after a number of complaints. One of the fitters was very unprofessional which if it was done to a high standard I could deal with but the landing and stairs was carpeted in about 1 hour, a rushed job, they had to come back again but I was still left with the problems unresolved. As a single parent with no support it took me a while to save up foe things for my home and I'm feeling really upset, I sat in and waited all day monday on my day off and no one turned up or cancelled, I didn't even get a reason to why they didn't show up. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Recently asked Right Carpets to fit new carpet in our first house. The customer service is excellent, and we got help with choosing the carpet as we weren't very clued up with carpet fitting. Fitting availability was very flexible and they did it all on fairly short notice. The lads who showed up were also very polite and did a lovely job, working fairly tidily. We felt like we got good value for money and a last minute request for an extra piece was accommodated with no problems. I would use Right Carpets services again and would recommend to anyone living in the Greater Manchester area.
