When I decided to go back into care, I was so happy to join the Right at Home family. It really does feel like we are part of a family due to the support we get from day 1. With flexible hours to work around my other job, training, pension and bonuses I cannot imagine working anywhere else. As staff we are encouraged to go for further qualifications, if we want to. I love working with our clients and my other care givers. I literally go home and feel I have contributed to the community in a positive way.
