Caveat: I didn’t get to buy anything as they were busy. So this is more about the experience that left me unsettled for a while and I am not sure that I will return. wIwent in just as another customer went in to the styling room. I fully intended to buy at least 2 sets that day. I overheard they were busy, and no stylist was up front. I walked about browsing and deciding what I might get. All the stylists were walking about not paying me any mind. One of them eventually notices me and was politely asking how I was etc and I asked if I can get help to find the size I needed, and then says they wouldn’t be able to help me today because they were full on busy and hear closing time. I asked if that means I can’t even try them on my own and she said No because the rooms were full. She was polite, and they were truly busy but it bothered me for these reasons 1) she didn’t ask if I knew what I wanted I could buy it (perhaps against their code to sell something without them opining?) 2) she did not offer another day or suggest to book a time, which I believe they can do, and also I can indeed go back another day. She may have assumed I was a tourist.
