Riding Farm has been amazing. We started as complete beginners a year ago. The structure of the grading system has been great for making sure we have a strong foundation as we progress. The instructors there are lovely. Denise and Kayleigh Harvey were great with my daughter, building her confidence and skill when she started. My main instructor has been Kayleigh Fosker, who is just wonderful. She is a brilliant instructor, so kind and encouraging whilst always challenging me and pushing me forward. I am really developing as a rider thanks to her! And she's a lovely person. I look forward to my lesson each week! We are now loaning a horse through Riding Farm and they have been very kind and supportive, helping us with all our many many questions! I would definitely recommend this Riding Centre.

My teenage daughter and I booked a semi private lesson, and had high hopes of an enjoyable time. The horses were well cared for, and the grooms and reception lady friendly. However, the horses we had were so unresponsive, and despite been told to, " kick, kick, smack them continuously " we both struggled to get a decent trot out of them and getting them to canter took a hurculean effort! I understand not having ' hot' horses given to new riders , but this was rediculous . So sadly I do not recommend. In contrast, we tried a different stable the following week. After a quick assessment ride by the head instructor we were both told we were very able riders and taken out on a lovely hack through the woods with several canters included.
