Eleanor Beecroft is very dismissive. When I expressed my concerns over my mental health issues, she said as long as I’m not causing physical self-harm, I should be fine. What an unprofessional and awful statement coming from a GP. She doesn’t deserve the Dr. title.

I've been to this GP a total of 3 times and I'm never going back. The first time I went 3 years ago I met Dr. Sarah Wong, who I can already see has terrible reviews on her behaviour and conduct here. I was going in for a problem and part of this included doing a urine pregnancy test. After she tested it and it came back negative she very snidely commented "well that's good news". I just thought this remark was rather insensitive and inappropriate, considering this person didn't know anything about me. On my third visit, I met with Dr. Jennifer Saw. To start with because of travel I arrived 10 mins late, and the receptionist was very unwelcoming saying I might not be able to get seen. Every time I have arrived beforehand on time or early, and I've still had to wait 15 mins to get seen so it not like they see you on the dot. When I saw Dr. Saw she was overall dismissive on the health problems I had come to be seen about. It was almost like she didn't really care to give me the time of day. She lowkey berated me for wanting to talk about my referrals even though I was told by the hospital to come to the GP about them, and even made a comment on how the people who advised me to check my particular problem out "probably aren't people with medical background", which is actually far from true. Furthermore, for another issue she advised me both me and my partner would need to be treated, to which I thought, 'okay no problem, I'll just get my partner checked out too'. However my partner isn't at this GP, and she didn't offer me the medication which would have fixed my problem simply. So I don't understand why even though we both knew I would greatly benefit it, she refused to offer it to me, under the guise my partner should also be treated too, when my partner can just request it from their GP. Overall this GP practices standards below that of other GPs, unprofessional behaviour and conduct, and is overall an unpleasant atmosphere.

    1) the waiting time for getting help is ridiculous. After much back and forth with the clinic, in the end, I visited a specialist back in my country, who told me that due the delay in treatment my problem has become untreatable. Now I have switched to a different gp here, which I can see on the same day if needed. 2) during the pandemic, the treatment was ridiculous - they made you wait outside in the cold instead of letting you in, in the empty reception area or even downstairs entrance.

My elderly mother has been a patient at the Practice now for well over two decades. I cannot speak highly enough of the exemplary care she has received throughout this period. Her assigned GP has been Dr Mark Barrett. He has looked after my mother outstandingly through all these years, attending zealously to every aspect of her health and broader condition, ordering tests as necessary, following up promptly and diligently on all results and on any anomalies, always keeping us fully informed and answering all our questions, monitoring carefully her changing roster of medication, and attending thoroughly to broader but vital issues of old age such as around falls, nutrition and hydration. At the same time, the excellent care provided by the Practice is, of course, very much a team effort. Since the start of the pandemic, we are very fortunate that Dr Sophia Bryant has also kept a close, second pair of eyes and been an indispensable alternative "go to"; she has given us invaluable advice and support, in face to face reviews and on the phone, at a number of important junctures especially during the early lockdowns. The other doctors have also played a vital part in relation to particular issues and or in medication reviews. Notably, during the past six months, we have seen in person Dr Sarah Jane Wong and Dr Emily Hull. Both were extremely kind and sympathetic; they both undertook careful reviews and offered indispensable advice, treatment and reassurance on key issues. In the same period we have also had phone consultations with Dr Anisha Patel, Dr Latha Kuna and physician associate Nasra Yusuf, all of whom offered timely and invaluable support, diagnosis and, where necessary, prompt treatment on specific/urgent" issues that arose. Going back further, we have received equally invaluable advice, care and guidance, variously in person and on the phone, from Dr Claire Elliott, Dr Emily Attree and Dr Eleanor Beecraft. My mother has also received indispensable support over the years from the excellent nursing team - on such matters as vaccinations and blood pressure testing but also on a range of other issues. And we have always been so grateful for the kindness, patience and unfailingly cheerful and welcoming approach of the reception team. Their support and efficiency, and that of the entire administrative team, has been indispensable in maintaining - even through the pandemic and in the present hard pressed circumstances for all the NHS - an outstanding level of care - without which my mother would not have been able to continue for so long as an active academic and independent person - and for which I am most grateful.

I recommend this practice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I arrived slightly early for my appointment and I was seen before my appointment time. The doctor I saw, Dr Emily Attree was very understanding and empathetic. I felt truly listened to and she was a credit to the practice. Thank you !

Dr Sarah Wong was rude and told me I can attend classes despite high fever and coughing (I had pneumonia) - went home out of London to get better and got immediately hospitalized. Says everything about her and the practice. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Well run, a bit of wait in the waiting room but that’s ok. The reason for my low review is Dr Sarah Wong who is especially rude, dismissive and overall has 0 empathy towards patients. She is condescending and openly judging you for your health issues. I do not understand how someone like that can work in healthcare. All other doctors such as Dr Hull, Bryant, and Attree were great and helpful
