The stove I bought from me is one of the worst ive seen. Absolutely appalling looks like it has had 12 previous owners 2 of which were dead, the customer service was terrible but I had no other choice at the time. And don't get me started on the broken slate halves. Points aside never buy from here bad quality and bad service you will get your moneys worth going somewhere reliable like b&q and you will get an extra 2 years out of it. -Dennis
