We were introduced to Ridge by our insurance company, who required that we used them to repair damage caused by a leak from our neighbour’s flat. We’ve had an awful experience with them. The leak was originally repaired in 2017, but poor workmanship meant that another leak occurred. This was repaired again, but also to a poor standard. The surveyor involved, Keith Green, denies the work is poor but two other independent surveyors disagree. The works need to be re-done. We have had such an awful time with Ridge and need to go through the disruption again. We wish we had never met Ridge.
