Excellent service, these guys are very knowledgeable. If you want a repair or service on your bike, go to rideride. A specialist bike shop is always preferable, to a chain that sells bikes. My bike was ready in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend rideride.

I had a great experience getting my bike serviced here. I had a pretty beaten up road bike and brought it in not too sure of what to do with it. Tom, gave me lots of his time and explained various different options I could proceed with for the bike. He even spent some time researching different parts etc and was very honest throughout. After choosing an option the bike was returned to me very quickly and felt like new. I was super happy with the service and everything relating to the bike was great. Wound definitely recommend.
