I purchased a bike from their shop on eBay however after receiving it, I decided to proceed with the return as it did not quite meet my expectations. I cannot emphasise enough how helpful and understanding the staff on the other side were, assisting me to allow smooth and safe return without complications, answering any questions I have had and providing high level of communication, listening and problem solving skills since it was partly resolved through the phone as well as email correspondence. I had a pleasure to deal with one of the members of staff to assist me in particular, Frida her name was, along with whoever assisted me alongside during the message exchange. Moreover, they have sent me a return label that allowed me to send the product (bike) back to them without having to pay extra exorbitant costs that could potentially be involved if it wasn’t for that small detail, pre-paid label. Massive thank you for that. Good luck for the prosperity of your business. I hope others get to feel and experience the service I did. :)
