Used these guys for repairs on my bike and they came across as good helpful guys! Had a chain and cog replaced in November to find it needs replacement less than three months from when it was fitted ! No offer to replace the chain except stories about how their mates need their chains changing because of the miles they do! Not a place to avoid however sounds like cheap inferior replacement parts being used here and check!!

Excellent service from Ride this morning. I purchased a skateboard for my daughter at the weekend and discovered a problem when we got it home. I called in hoping they’d be able to carry out a repair but instead was offered a replacement with no questions asked. They even replaced the custom grip tape. Highly recommended.
