Good food if pricey, but that is to be expected at a celeb chef place. Pleasant location and decor. Let down by surprisingly poor customer service. The place was only half full on a Sunday lunchtime, but we felt ignored a lot of the time. Drinks order taken and delivered swiftly, but after that we had to ask to give the food order and wait excessively for its delivery.

Arrived to I think a 2 hour seating booked months and months ago. Was going to be my highlight of a rtw trip as I like the recipes in one of Rick Steins book. Was very disappointed. Staff were ok but very Green. We had paid for 2 glasses of champagne instead of a deposit. Had to request twice. I would think it would be documented and the champagnewould magically appear. It was an early seating so they were not busy as yet. Ordered chargrilled seabass. I've never had it before coming from a subtropical southern hemisphere climate. It was extremely dry and tasteless. Ordered a side of brocollini which was great and quite a bit of it., however salty. Potato's were unedible, soggy and I'm not sure what they tossed them in but a slimy coating. Shared a desert which was a pistachio something or other. I seriously can't remember because have been to some great restaurants since. So guessing desert was not memorable. I think it is important that people are aware of my experience. Especially since I travelled around the world looking so forward to it. This was my experience, not saying it is others. We left much earlier than our 2 hrs allocated. No reason to stay.
