Purchase a John Cooper Works Mini in 2021 which was apparently in mint condition and did look great when it arrived but within a few months started to course me issues and so far £3000 later I’m still paying out for faults and issues. I’ve only added 4000 miles to the car due to issues. Sorry but I would not trust this company.

Very friendly and professional set up. Their cars are of a high standard, and well presented. They are open with any things they've noticed (and are in the process of correcting) with the cars they're selling. What I felt let's them down slightly is the way they provide feedback on your car that you're looking to part exchange. They appear to be overly critical of small things. I personalty this was to push down the price they're prepared to offer you. In short, I viewed many cars at many dealers, and ultimately decided to proceed witha purchase at another dealer. It ultimately came down to the part-ex price, as the other dealer was prepared to pay £1,000 more for my car. Overall, they're a super-friendly and professional dealership, selling quality cars, but maybe should consider their approach to part-ex valuations in a little more detail.
