My mother has made the move to Richmond Village at Aston on Trent and has settled in very quickly. Her apartment is really well appointed and the facilities are superb. However the icing on the cake are the wonderful staff who make her feel special and can not do enough to support her.

Just wanted to speak about Richmond Villages Aston on Trent. My husband and I visited in April to see if this would suit him for respite care The friendliness of the staff and information we received was excellent. The whole atmosphere and vibes we received were like a luxury 5 star 🌟 hotel and we were both very impressed with what they had to offer. Unfortunately because of my husbands deteriorating condition we were unable to proceed.

Myself and my sister brought our little ones for a Easter egg hunt that was very kindly organised at Richmond village and what a fantastic day is was. The place is so beautifully looked after. So clean and welcoming and all staff were lovely Met a couple of residents also who were really pleasant and told us how much they loved the place Thankyou for organising this Best one we had done (and we have done a lot 😂)

My family and I recently visited Richmond retirement village for their Easter fun day. All proceeds going to help the children charity. What a beautiful facility it is, from the gardens to the clubhouse to the spa and all the staff were so polite and welcoming. This is absolutely the place I would be happy to recommend to my relatives.

I wanted to let everyone know how lucky I am to have found Richmond Village at Aston on Trent. From the initial show round I knew it was somewhere I wanted to live , but it took me a long time to decide which apartment suited my needs. Jack Bates, the Senior Village Advisor was so patient and long suffering with me that I cannot thank him enough. Also I felt very welcomed by the catering staff who were able to greet me by name after I had only visited twice. It made me feel 'cared for'. There were one or two problems during my move

Having visited the Wellness Spa I was met with wonderful professional welcome from the staff, given a tour or the facilities and had everything explained to me fully on how everything operates and everything that is provided, from, towels, equipment to tissues and coffee. I was advised when times were quiet to enable me to do my exercises in the pool and then relax afterwards in the hydro pool. I couldn’t fault my experience. The village is exceptional there is a great cafe that is open to the public,, again the staff provided great hospitality, with a lovely selection of food and drinks and lots of locals seem to be using this best kept secret. It was lovely to be able to chat with residents that had been living their for many years and they couldn’t say a bad word about the staff and the facilities at the village. The overall appearance and experience leaves you feeling like you’re in a holiday village, truly worth a visit.
