The college has a huge problem with the attendance office, the 2 people at that desk don't read emails and do not answer them its practically pointless even emailing about attendance, appointments, ect. I had to go there and tell them i have an appointment with the letter in my hand and they still asked me to email it to them when i have it in my hand and they could put it on the system i asked them why they dont reply to emails also to figure out if my attendance has been affected but they said "replying isn't our job". Then what is your job! I need to figure out if my appointment has been read or if my attendance has been affected. I won't name names but i have accepted my attendance dropping now and i just gave up emailing. Honestly you're better off talking to air if you want anything happening at that college its very sad.

I’ve done access to social care and health and GCSE English last year, it’s the worst thing that I’ve ever experienced, i had one day where classes were till 8 pm. They literally changed the teachers 4 times during the whole year. It was so sad for us. The college is so modern but the location is so bad. Plus a student has been stabbed in the first three months of the semester no one’s knows why or how. Moreover, a flood has happened in the building and made it very bad even the prayer room has been closed. I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it, i hope to get better.

Great college with very good tutors that care about the wellbeing and progress of students. Made some cool friends while there. In my vfx course I got lots of resources and industry standard software for 3d modelling. My tutor was engaging and funny.

First let me just say this college is not safe whatsoever, In my 1 and only year attending that college someone got stabbed over his jacket, there was a bomb threat and a girl got kidnapped in the parking lot. Second of all the teachers are disgraceful, I wont say any names but I do not know where they found these teachers from. And lastly the Btec Courses are horrible, very unorganised and do not make any sense in terms of what and how they teach them. The College is also in a very awkward location to get to and from. Overall I do not recommend attending this course at all, Thank you Richmond College for wasting a year of my life. :)

If I could give this College minus stars I would. I absolutely hated my time at this college. The pupils made my life hell and a special shout out to Sijul Miah. I could tell he severely disliked his job and this was reflected in the way he treated the teachers and the other students. Completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I’m surprised he still has his job. No wonder all the best teachers left.

My son enquired about joining this college for his 2nd year in May. Ashok Joshi, course leader asked to see his grades. Told him he would be in touch a bit nearer the time. 3 months on and numerous calls and emails finally get a response. My son was asked to come for enrolment, and was seen after an hour of waiting by Ashok and another teacher. He was then asked questions about the course, and when my son didn't know the answers, 1 of the teachers told him to just stop talking. Excuse me WHAT!! He wasn't offered a place and told my son they would think about it. Really? When enrolments has already started? Wasted our time. This could have been done 3 months ago. After reading the bad reviews of this college I'm seeing it as a blessing my son won't be attending. Poor communication, bad attitude of teachers. Feel free to contact me, I'd love to discuss this!!!
