Disgusting service We had decided on a car and had been in regular contacts with the garage all day. We made an appointment to go and see the car again and pay for it. We were told this would be fine. We arrived at our appointment early and we were told thatās it had had a deposit put on line so we couldnāt have it. We went into the branch and the manager was rude and said nothing he could do it was first come first served . I was first in line , the reason we didnāt put a deposit down was because we were going to Pay in full for the car at our appointment . The manager of car sales was really rude and really not helpful in fact he couldnāt wait to get rid of us !! I am so disappointed it had taken me awhile to find the right car and for this to happen is wrong . Caroline West Nissan juke.

I was looking to finally get myself a bigger more practical car, my previous car was a mini! I went to the fareham branch interested in a Suzuki vitara that I saw online. I was greeted straight away by the salesman, very efficient and answered all my questions. I took the car for a test drive & fell in love with it ! The process from start to finish was excellent the team and sales manager were so polite and made me feel very comfortable. I received my new car within 4 days & I am really happy with it.
