Bought a Vauxhall Corsa for my partner. As soon as it arrived, I've noticed a big hole in a passenger footwell which was just hidden under a car mat and hasn't been mentioned by the dealership. Don't be deceived by the nice looks of the dealership and nice customer services as you will end up having to pay loads more money after your purchase. Warranty provided does not cover these hidden "surprises" that will cost me quite a lot of time and money to be fixed... Sales Manager Joseph contacted me after this review telling me that this will get fixed, made me wait 2 months for the car to be collected to be taken away to get fixed and no one ever showed up, chased up on in this and got a reply that the email did not reach him and he will get back to me, now after a 3rd follow up I've got an automated email that he left the branch and will be working at a different capacity within a company. Avoid this dealer. See attached photos

Good selection but top money for cars ! No deals to be had on second hand cars all u get is that is the price on the internet or some car mag !!! Walked away with my money and no car which is still there 3 weeks later !

I didn't actually buy a car here but I'm so happy with the service received I feel compelled to leave a review anyway. I want to thank Sarah McCarthy for the fantastic and professional service. I am a long-distance customer and Sarah was super attentive, responsive and helpful with my enquiries. In the walkaround video she took, she pointed out all the "flaws" of the car I was interested in to make sure I am aware of these issues (instead of the typical car salesman who goes "This car is immaculate/ in pristine condition blah blah blah"). To be clear, there weren't that many flaws - just a few stone chips/ dents you'd expect from a used car. But I really appreciate this honesty - as a buyer, you always want to know any issues up front instead of afterwards. Anyway, the whole process felt comfortable and I never got pushed to make a decision or pay for extra stuff. Ultimately, my wife changed her mind and decided to buy a different car from another dealership. But in terms of customer experience, I actually felt happier working with Sarah than the dealership I eventually bought a car from. I might need to buy another car for myself in a few months. When the time comes, I wouldn't hesitate to approach this dealership again.

Absolutely disgusting the way they treat their customers. Lied to my finance, told me my car was serviced and it wasn't, refused to look at my car, then told me after ignoring all emails and calls for 4 weeks that I'd have to pay for it to be looked at. Still an on going issue as refusing to take the car back even tho all the problems and my finance saying they have to take it back. Constantly having to chase them just absolutely awful customer service

I visited the dealership after being contacted by Christopher Land about buying my current car off me and potentially getting me into something bigger and better. Chris was really helpful and understood exactly what I needed and showed me a few different cars and accompanied me on a test drive. Chris went out of his way to help me with choosing a new car - although I didn’t purchase this time around, he was incredible and I will visit again in the future.
