My hubby and I visited the showroom this week as we needed a bigger car as we had our eyes on a Mitsibishi Outlander for a little while. We were greeted by Sam, one of the dealerships newest sales people and he was an absolute delight. He took the time to listen to what we had to say and what we needed rather than being a pushy sales person who would try and sell you anything to make up their numbers (which is really off putting to the whole experience) and he worked with us to get the best deal on our part exchange as well as the new car. A credit to Richmond Motor Group...keep hiring people like this and they'll take you far!

Aaron and Scott were extremely helpful when deciding on what car to purchase. Aaron was not pushy but allowed us to browse around the showroom and forecourt at leisure but stayed with us to answer any questions we may of had. Aaron found us a great car and from start to finish he was really helpful and accommodating . If you want good service these guys are great, they are not in your face they respect what you want and right until the deal was closed Aaron went through everything so all information was clear and understood. Thanks guys was dreading buying a new car but you made it a pleasurable experience for me.

Delbir and Scott are great sales representatives. Very helpful, Stayed late to allow us to properly test drive our new car and agree on a price that worked for both us and the dealership. We went down to Richmond Mitsubishi Fareham. They took our car in part ex and gave us a very fair price for it. Overall extremely happy with our visit and the service received. I hope we don't have to visit for a little while, but I'll happily return again in the future should I need.
