    My wife and I arranged to have a test drive in an MG4 and were greeted by Andreea when we walked into the showroom. She sat us down, listened to our many questions and patiently answered them all - she knows her stuff. The car was ready and waiting, she showed us how to work an EV and off we went. We duly arrived back and asked a load more questions, and at her suggestion tried out a ZS which turned out to be more suitable. We told her that we were going to look at a different make of car, and did, but a couple of days later decided to buy the ZS. Before doing so we faffed about deciding whether or not to part exchange our existing car. Andreea took all of this in her stride and didn't put any pressure on us at all. So, full marks to her - this is how it should be done.

    Hello, I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding my recent car test drive appointment scheduled. I regret to inform that I will not be going with rescheduling the test drive due to a multitude of unacceptable circumstances that occurred upon my arrival at the sales office. Firstly, the lack of professionalism and organisation exhibited by the staff was truly appalling. Despite having booked the appointment a week in advance and reconfirming earlier during the same day, I was met with utter chaos upon my arrival. The staff seemed completely unaware of my appointment and unprepared to handle the situation. The lack of competence is simply unacceptable and has left me with a deeply negative impression of the company. II turned up after a long days work expecting that sales folks would be ready to collect my driver detail and discuss the options. This never happened instead was met with the gent who advised me that its not the right traffic conditions for a test drive. How do you think you can get away with that? I felt discriminated against after having spent time and money to make it to a test drive appointment for the slot given to me. The indifference and lack of empathy towards my concerns were deeply disheartening. Instead of acknowledging the inconveniences caused, they seemed disinterested to rectify the situation. I have lost faith in the Richmond branch to provide me with a new car. I wish google had an option to rate negatively as I am inclined to a -5 and not the one star I have provided! Thanks Donny.
