I spoke with Maggie today, and she was so warm and welcoming in her tone, it was lovely. All the receptionists are patient and welcoming and quite frankly do an amazing job at getting you an appointment or prescription. Despite this surgery being one with over 20k patients, they go above and beyond to make the individual patient feel heard and welcomed in the practice.
