Richmond Land Rover is a professional scamming operation. Stay away from these shady individuals! Masilmany (aka Paul) will rob you blind and Shereen (his wife) is his PR guru. There are plenty of great garages in the area worth their salt & HMRC are aware of Richmond Land Rover and Westlake Garages (previously on same premises). They have been banned by various outfits and I won’t deal with them either. They need to be criminally investigated.

Excellent service received when I took my car in for annual service and MOT . Staff were polite and attentive. May car was serviced and valeted ahead of scheduled time. It was delivered back to me by a polite and courteous gentleman. Overall I received excellent service from this garage and would not hesitate to recommend it. Thank you Richmond Landrover Staff.

Came to collect and drop my car off for me, all the work was done at a competitive price and they even returned my car cleaner than when it left! and very friendly team outstanding. If you want your car parked in a cemetery and returned to you smelling like a curry house Paul of Richmond Land Rover is the guy to call. Nothing is ever a fast turnaround and you'll get more questions than answers. I urge you to read all reviews of this place before going anywhere near it. To say this garage is bent doesn't even touch the sides. Buyer beware. Should be deported imo.
