I recently purchased a Skoda Scala 28th April. The sales person was Sarah and she was absolutely lovely. She Listened to my concerns (going from a Jag XF) and tailored the search for me. I went from being uninterested to actually purchasing a car!! Sarah was amazing, the reason for only 4 stars is due to an issue with the vehicle passenger window not closing and the stop/start function which was not fixed on collection. Sarah was amazing with taking this forwarded for me and I'm hopeful this will be resolved in the near future. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend them.

Overall a good experience. Car was waiting for me to view and I was allowed to test drive by myself. Sarah was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and sorted out any problems there were. A bit to much upselling for my taste and the constant signing of forms ( such as saying I had been offered services I did not want) was made worse by the requirement of phone verification was a bit of a pain. Overall, good car at a good price and Sarah was great to deal with. Thanks
