Phoned up to book my dogs booster jabs before we go on holiday to be told to go somewhere else we have no vets and aren’t making appointments considering I’ve been a customer for over 20+ years to say I was disappointed is an understatement gone downhill since takeover now changed vets permanently

The care is professional and personal. And it is care. The charges are fair and I have found them to be trustworthy with our pets over the last ten years. Edit added as I have recently discovered that the practice has changed hands and is now part of a larger group. I can't vouch for the costs or other professional services until I might pay a return visit with one of the dogs or cats. Amended 26/12/21 I have had cause to be in contact with the practice recently. The ease of access has changed, it appears that now, appointments only. Costs seem to have changed to the client, and not downwards. And the ownership appears to have changed.
