The class we go to is for up to 3 y.o. and my grandson really enjoys the foam pit and trampoline, the staff are very welcoming and the refreshments after are a chance to chat with other others.

My daughter has been a member since 2017. She used to attend RGA in Kew, and then I moved her to Grano road a year ago. The head coach has let my daughter down and abused her so that she can’t learn. She is very unprofessional and doesn’t have the talent to get teach the kids effectively. I don’t want to mention her name in Public. The RGA head office seems unhelpful and doesn’t care about the children's mental health. I would highly recommend that this centre and the coaches at Grona road are not good at all they need to be monitored by the bead office. Once I have the record of her issue with mental health, I will come back with my solicitor to sort this out legally. So I've had my formal complaint about RGA Ultimately, I was very disappointed because they didn’t care about my issue.

My daughters have been going to RGA since toddlers. They are great for recreational Gymnastics. And if the see potential in your child, they will invite them to train for competitions.

From august my daughter still in waiting list? No response yet. Awful services, prices very high but company not care about people. You should increase staff in all departments and work with all people that want to bring kids to you, without waiting list. I would like to edit that review if something will change

What amazing experience it has been for my child to be part of RGA for the last ten years. The initial training builds such strong foundations for the exciting skills that the young people learn over the years. Of course it takes patience and repetition to safely achieve the level of skills that are on show at the various displays I have enjoyed watching my child participate in and patience is one of the things they have benefited from learning. Wonderfully supportive coaching staff who constantly challenge their students in a safe and fun environment.

I’m sitting watching the class performance as I write this review. The class is suppose to be 1h long. 15 minutes passed and the instructors (3 teenagers) are on WhatsAp doing their business. This is the third year watching exactly the same thing with the same exercises. My daughter was telling me that she wasn’t learning anything new and now I have the confirmation. Time to change for something better. Seriously a waste of time and money.

My children weren't treated the way they should be. Many issues, such as waiting lists, rude unhealthy staff, no encouragement and others. Generally the company cares about the money more than people. Paid money is not beaten off by the service provided. Overpriced, I feel ripped off. Recommendations: use as a school camp, while the half-terms to entertain kids, that's all, not a permanent basis as training is poor.
