I recently purchased my son's first car from this garage, and I have to say, the experience was truly excellent. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in helping us find the perfect car for my son. The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to listen to our needs and preferences and guiding us through the process with expertise and care. They were also very transparent about the cars they had available, providing detailed information on each one and answering all of our questions with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out, though, was how they went above and beyond to make the moment special for us. They took the time to make sure the car was perfectly clean and presented beautifully, and even had a little surprise waiting for my son when he got behind the wheel for the first time. After some very disappointing Mini main dealer experience's (3 off). Visited here as recommend by a friend, great service, no pressure, friendly (Donald was the salesman), took a test drive, ended up with a lovely Mini Cooper. The hand over of the car was excellent and the car had been valeted superbly. 3 weeks later I have a great car and am really happy.

After purchasing a car from Richlee Motor company, my girlfriend’s vehicle had gearbox issues that made the car difficult to drive. Not only did Richlee provide a courtesy car within a few hours, they helped us find an alternative vehicle to our tastes and even treated us to lunch as an apology. Their salesman Donald is an absolute gentleman, as is Richard the owner. I cannot speak highly enough of the company and would gladly purchase from here again.
