An absolute pleasure to shop at Richer Sounds Deansgate, top notch customer service. I had issues with ceiling speakers a week after purchase. When I called the shop, I was asked to bring the speakers in for testing. An issue was identified and I was offered new replacement ceiling speakers straightaway. Will definitely call in again 👍🏽

I purchased a new amp, streamer, sub and tape deck 6 months ago and the service I received was second to none from Rob, Sam, Derek, Will and Jordan. I had dealings with all of them which is why I’ve mentioned their names. I had an issue which they tried to deal with over the phone but when that didn’t work I took my amp and sub in to the shop and they spent time troubleshooting and diagnosed the problem. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and aftercare.

after going to the Stockport branch and not being approached and overall terrible service, I came to the Manchester branch and i have to say the staff were very friendly but not pushy, even with a smaller budget, demo'd me the more expensive setups and guided me to something in my price range. 10/10 service. cant fault at all

We used Richer Sounds a few years back (late 2018) when we installed a home cinema in our basement. Derek from the Deansgate/Manchester City Centre Branch provided fantastic advice and support on set-up (speakers etc.). We bought projector, screen and speakers from Richer Sounds based on Derek's advice. We also used an installer recommended by Derek, who was great. We would definitely recommend using Richer Sounds and will use them again. Derek later provided excellent customer service when he helped us change the lamp in the projector.

Finding the right product and a deal on audiophile was very important as I have indulged in a very high end hifi system in the past. After visiting a number of hifi retailers up and down the country I ended up in Manchester, to find some amazing products available at a fair price. See you soon for a revisit.
