Came for a specific sound system with cd radio to use with our new tv.. Although we spent twice my original budget, i was aware id need to spend a bit more than my previous £500 hifi to get something that would deliver.. We were served by Austin, who went above & beyond to help us design our set up, even setting up speakers in a separate room to give us a demonstration, staying beyond opening hours & helping to carry our purchases to the car.. I even received a phone call from Austin a few days later to make sure we had managed to set it all up correctly, with an offer to visit our home if we needed assistance.. This is customer service that you just dont get in the likes of currys/other electrical retailers.. Our new system is fantastic
