    Terry is a top man. Helped me select the Hi-Fi system I wanted. Even went the extra mile to hook up the Cambridge Audio CXA61 and Dali Oberon 7 before purchasing. Did not rush me and gave me time to use my own phone and music to get a feel for the speakers in the show room. Terry got excellent knowledge in the audio industry. (Update) Safe to say after connecting the speakers and hearing them in my own home it’s sounded EXTRAORDINARY! The sound stage and mids hit beautifully. Once again thank you TERRY!

    I would highly recommend the London Bridge store (and Richer Sounds in general). The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and when I ran into an issue with the product I'd purchased (having tried it in the shop) they agreed to replace it with a new one with no fuss at all. (Pretty sure they didn't have to do that under the circumstances.)

    I was cheerily greeted by Robin who asked me how my Easter was going. I’m a difficult customer at the best of times and have been trying to find some noise cancelling headphones that not only cancel noise but which don’t give me a headache. I have high sensitivity to noise and he kindly turned off all sound in the store for me. Having been to John Lewis on Oxford Street the day before, only to be met with an answer of ‘Er I’m not really sure to be honest,’ before starting to google, I was especially pleased with the advice Robin gave me. I was also able to have a 20 minute demo of all the headphones I wanted to try. I can’t see me ever going anywhere else again for my electronic products.

    I recently made my first purchase from Richersounds at London Bridge and I was given excellent service from the moment I walked in. I was looking for a pair of speakers to pair well with my current setup and Terry (manager) went out of his way to make sure that I was given the best possible options and service. I walked into a different Richersound store as well to compare and I ended up purchasing from London Bridge even though it was much further away from my local store thanks to Terry and his team. I highly recommend them!!
